I'm Henrik, a behavioral scientist turned cross-functional facilitator with 20 years at the intersection of People, Communications and Tech. I collaborate with scale-ups, listed firms and public organisations when they face complex challenges

When things go sideways, whether it’s a data breach, internal fallout or media storm, I help you handle the moment and come out stronger. Depending on the situation, I lead from the inside or work alongside your leadership team to coordinate across functions and restore trust fast, inside and out.
