I'm Henrik, a behavioral scientist turned cross-functional facilitator with 20 years at the intersection of People, Communications and Tech. I collaborate with scale-ups, listed firms and public organisations when they face complex challenges

Interim and On-Demand Leadership

I step in when you need someone to lead People, HR or Comms through change, uncertainty or growth. As interim CPO or CHRO or in a senior cross-functional role, I bring calm, speed and structure. I lead from the inside, support the team and make sure capability remains when I leave.

I support leadership teams in turning strategy into something people actually do. As a trusted advisor or facilitator, I help translate direction into behaviours, decisions, roles and ways of working. I work closely with teams to build focus, trust and shared priorities so they can move in the same direction and deliver on what really matters.

Crisis Management and Recovery

When things go sideways, whether it’s a data breach, internal fallout or media storm, I help you handle the moment and come out stronger. Depending on the situation, I lead from the inside or work alongside your leadership team to coordinate across functions and restore trust fast,  inside and out.

  • Integrated People & IT into one function, creating a single roadmap for talent, tech and cyber security.

  • Led a company wide cyber breach recovery with one playbook for comms, IT, legal and customer trust.

  • Consolidated HR & Communications into a results driven hub, delivered the organisation's Digital 2.0 transformation.

  • Facilitated alignment between board and executive team on strategy and goals, then co-designed an exective leadership program to deliver on decided goals.
